I was reflecting on my Savage Model 12 - .22-.250, after a trip to the range this weekend.
If you haven't had the opportunity to shoot this rifle, it's a real treat. The recoil is soft and slow (somewhat pleasant actually). The rifle is deadly accurate, reaching out 200 yards with little drop, and 300 yards requires just a little adjustment.
That's all. I just wanted to share if anyone is looking for an excellent target/varminting rifle.
