Saiga or SKS

Would you compare the Saiga to a SKS Para both 7,62x39.

Do you want a brand new, AK-47 similiar, or an old inexpensive, reliable semi auto thats tough, decently accurate? I wouldn't turn down a Saiga, even one of their shotgun models but am gun poor so its the old SKS I have had so many years.
