Holy cow
Look at the data on Hodgdons website http://www.hodgdon.com for the .480 Ruger. Those numbers can't be correct, some of those levels approach the .475 Linebaugh! I thought this was supposed to be a mild cartridge. Just want to see what you guys think. I may have to get myself a .480 if those numbers are correct. Doesn't look that bad handloaded does it? Personally I like the 475 concept better than the 5 shot 45LC/454 Casull.

Makes me wish I didn't already own a SRH .44 magnum!!!! I just love that gun too much to ever get rid of it and can't afford the .480 right now. But man.....that .480 sure looks to be a winner.
