Bill pardons his drug-dealer brother

I know the Libertarians won't see anything particularly wrong with pardoning drug dealers, and that doesn't bother me. However, Roger is the man who said of Bill: "Got to get some for my brother. He's got a nose like a vacuum cleaner."
