Follow Up 9mm Question - Bullet Diameter

I noticed that many (most) of the reloading information in the manuals I own aw well as online information, have the 9mm at 0.355" in diameter at the base.

My first 9mm reloads were Berry's plated 124 grain, and they were 0.356", so the purchase I just made from Black and Blue Bullets were 0.356" also. I have put about 700 rounds of the Berry's through my Springfield XDm, but should I be focusing on trying to purchase bullets at the 0.355"?

Simple question but I am stumped. One of my manuals says it's okay, another says to avoid the 0.356".

I find that plated bullets are usually sized like brass. They are pretty soft and the extra .001 won't hurt, and will prob add accuracy. If your concerned, you can buy a sizing die for 10$ at .355 and double size all of your purchased bullets, not necessary though. Real jacketed bullets are .355

Are you getting a lot of the plating left on the lands of the barrel?
I agree with skizzums, for lead I buy .356. Big thing with plated is not to over crimp or taper crimp.
