Let see those target pictures!

We're all (hopefully) shooting a lot.. let's see some targets from handgun shots!

l've heard police work is dangerous. Yes, that's why l carry a big gun. Couldn't it go off accidentally? l used to have that problem. What did you do about it?

No idea... just a target I bought a few of. I guess criminals and thugs have a poor stance and grip .

Nice shooting to get back on topic.

Models holding a gun wrong is grist for the mill??? Just between you me and the neighbors dog I would be happy to have a boogerman shooting stupid. With those kinds of groups the OP just shot I don't think it will be a problem no matter how good or bad the boogerman shoots.

i think i'll wait a while b4 i post target pic since ive only been shooting handguns for 6 months. i keep them inside the 9-10 ring but i want to get to were im punching out the 10!

I've posted these before, but here are some 5-shot revolver groups. All were shot unsupported, and but 1 were shot double action:

4" S&W 617 .22LR, 10 yards:


6" S&W K-38 .38spl, 15 yards:


Same as above, but shot single action:


My IDPA gun: 4" DAO 686 .357mag. Shot 2- and 1-handed, weak and strong hand. All double action, 7 yards:

New Sig P232 SL, first box of 50, had a couple rounds left over and the target was chewed up. So, two handed kneeling at about 30'. I took a couple of shots at the little target in the corner of the target. I couldn't see anything and thought I missed. Impressed myself and my brother. I bought 2 more of them for daughters.

I had the CZ Custom shop do a trigger job on my CZ75-SP01.

Here is the 5 shot target from a standing position at 30 yards.

I am impressed. . .big time.

From my first outing with my 30 year old Ruger MK I Target I bought at the local pawnshop for 160 bucks.



Mix of 10 yard and 25 yard targets.

10 yard targets with the 3" GP100 fired double action. Variety of ammo.

If I remember correctly the upper left was 130 gr. .38's the upper right was 125 gr. Remington .357 SJHP's and the bottom was my carry load. Speer .357 mag 135 gr. short barrel.
