Cartridges are classified by rim diameters, and sub-classified by also being belted/non-belted/rebated-rim, rather than classified as bolt-face sizes.

Sorry I don’t mean to be picky but I know for a fact the 257 wby mag, 270-wby mag 7mm Wby Mag are all exactly the same case head the only difference is caliber

without going and finding the right book....

So I could quote actual rim diameters, I can add a few things.

Bolt guns have been made for the .22 Hornet (dia smaller than .384)
and for the .25, .30, .32 Remington (smaller than .473)
For the 7.62x54R, .30-40 Krag, .45-70, and 8mm Siamese, cases with huge rims, over .6 in some cases.

the 6mm Rem was chambered in the Rem model 600 rifles, a short action
shorter rounds have been chambered in long actions (with modified magazines), for example, a Win Model 70 in .22-250

Even the .30-30 has been chambered in bolt guns.

And you missed the .222 Remington Magnum (but don't feel bad, eveybody forgets that one these days) as well as the 6x47mm

And a whole host of wildcats.....

Also be aware that there are actually three lengths of action commonly found in sporting/military bolt action rifles. Short, "standard" (for .30-06 length) and Long (longer than .30-06). For example, a K98 Mauser or 1903 Springfield action will take a .30-06 length round, but will not handle a longer round such as the .375 H&H. A 1917 Enfield action will handle the longer round.

You did a fair job of listing rounds and action lengths currently available today, but there are a lot more bolt actions and calibers out there that could be added to your list. They just aren't in current production.

Just look up a shell holder list at a reloading web site. Here is one:

Just to be fair...

You can chamber a short-action bolt gun in a long-action cartridge.

I've seen it done for cartridges that would nominally be called short-action, but have bullets seated out so far that unfired rounds don't extract/eject well in those actions, necessitating bolt removal with the round.

Solid-bottom short actions like the Remington 40X in 6.5x284 are one example.
