Brevete SGDG .22 caliber single shot
A correction on the thread I posted earlier, too late to edit it.
Looking for information on a Brevete SGDG .22 caliber single shot, model E-1912. A coworker has one that is missing the bolt and wants to know if one is available through the normal used parts route, gunpartcorp.com etc. Also wanted to if a smith modification to a current production bolt is a worthwhile consideration. Any help appreciated. Thanks, Gator |

I doubt anyone can help with just that info. Brevete SGDG is not a brand, it means "Patented, without guarantee of the government", a marking used in France. If there is no manufacturer or importer mark, identifying the gun will be difficult.

We both figured it was a lost cause. I kinda took it as a challenge to see if we could locate a bolt for it. Now my friend is trying to decide if he wants to have a smith look at it ref modifying an existing bolt to fit.
