Arminius .38

I was recently given a .38 spl revolver from Germany marked Arminius. The problem is that, somewhere in the gun's history, somebody removed the sights from the revolver. Judging by pictures of similar Arminius products, the gun should have a rib running down the barrel. Anybody know of a source for parts on this thing? It was never a great quality gun, the frame is some kind of non-ferrous alloy, so I don't want to spend more than the piece is worth on the replacements. Otherwise, the gun is good shape mechanically. I just wonder what whoever removed the sights was thinking...
