New Forum

How about a sub forum just for home defense and tactical shotguns.

The posters can refer to the guns any way they want.

You could be right, couldn't hurt....
1. The pattern board is your friend, use the Dam thing!!!
2. The maximum range of a firearm and/or cartridge, is usually measured in miles, and means nothing.
2a. The effective range of a firearm and/or cartridge, is usually (the ability of the shooter) measured in yards, and means everything.

Doubt it would serve a need... The terminology protocols at The Firing Line are forum wide... The terms of use that address subject matter and lingo etc. are there for a reason.

Also, you may notice that there are no other "playpen" type subforums for any other disciplines we discuss at TFL where clip and mag will be equally exchanged nor will you see Deagle Fitty Maggy Numb accepted anywhere in TFL...

There are forums where that is the accepted norms but not here at TFL...
