Cold War classic CZ52

This CZ52 was my first MILSURP pistol. I bought it 15 years ago for $75 and it rode along in my truck for years. I've shot rabbits and squirrels with it.

I've got a locker full of MILSURP pistols now, but I still enjoy taking the CZ52 to the range.

One of my all time favorites. Ugly, ungainly, but one hell of a pistol.

The pistol that thinks it's a rifle. Gotta love that "space gun" look to it as well. I think I spent all of 79.00 bucks for mine a couple O three years ago.

Don't even think about dry firing one tho.

The CZ-52 is (IMO) the ugliest pistol ever made.

I bought two of them, back when they were cheap. They were a fantastic buy and a lot of fun to shoot.

But not much to look at

From behind each fence and farmyard wall,
Chasing the redcoats down the lane,
Then crossing the fields to emerge again
Under the trees at the turn of the road,
And only pausing to fire and load.

The CZ52 I owned performed very poorly...it was one of my biggest firearm disappointments.
I do love the 7.62x25, though. But in the Tokarev. Which is why I just got this:
