Ever Had to Shoot Someone?

Who here has had to ever shoot someone in self defense (not counting police/military/security or other job related situations)? Were you scared and able to shoot well enough? Did you hesitate?

Hmm - we've done this before and they don't end well. Posting your shooting of someone can have potential legal ramifications for the civilian and LEO.

It leads to flame wars over the incident. There are numbers of books describing such incidents.

Shooting people is serious and not for chest pounding, chortling or flaming - esp. if we don't know the veracity of the tale.

Thus, I'm going to close this. If a member wants to tell their tale to the OP - PM the OP.

If other mods want to open this - I suggest we discuss it.
