Price check for Sig P238

Hey guys,

Im looking to buy a sig p238. I found a guy who offered to sell me his LNIB Bitone sig p238 with new hogue grips, 2 magazines, and 14 rounds of hp ammo. He is asking a minimum of $ me that seems very steep. I know these guns are hard to find but is it really worth that much. Please tell me what you think its worth.

I just looked at a 938 at Academy for $700 if that helps at all.

I bought a new P238 from my local dealer in December. It is the two toned, Hogue grip, 7 round mag and Sig Laser for $479. The extra magazine he offers is $50. I would pay no more than $500 for the one you are looking at.

while they are harder to come by, I agree, that 700 is way too much for a used gun.

if you have to have one, gun broker generally has a few that sell for under 700, but very close to it.
pick up metal form mustang magazines and still walk away for under 750 for a new gun with spare mag.

that is still paying into stupid prices, but at least you get the full sig warranty on a new gun that way.

Again if you have to have that, today's market says 600 is probably as much as that is worth.

I too picked up my 238 with laser, hogue grips and 1 7 rd mag for 499, shipped.
but this was in nov.
