Georgia -
The Sheriff's don't know where the guns are, they don't sign the Georgia Weapons Carry License (GWCL).
The Probate Court Judge probably doesn't either as his/her name is usually stamped on the GWCL.
If anyone DID know where the guns were, that probably changed about 15-seconds after the zombie apockyklips was common knowledge.

They shoulda jus' gone to the gun stores and checked the 4473's, it's the only way to be sure.
