FIE EIG Model E 15 revolver

I m doing some research of the F.I.E. Model E15 .22lr revolver. IS this a single action or a double action handgun? It is stamped from Germany, does that help to estimate the age of the weapon?

Looks like a single action.

Look for a mod to close this thread, as it's revolver specific and should be in the revolver section.
