Kentucky Pistol
This little beauty came to me today. Have a little work with a file to do on the sights I bought for it, then she will be at the range.

I have always wanted a Kentucky pistol, except in flintlock. I have a written account of one of my ancestors scaring Shawnee Indians away from his homestead in the wilds of western Virginia 1794 with a "a rifle, a smoothbore, and two pistols."

Was the pistol copied from the "Pennsylvania Pistol" like the Kentcuky Rifle was copied from the Pennsylavania Rifle and renamed?
