My first I frame!
Well, improved I frame actually, but I am happy about it. I frames are unheard of in my neck of the woods, so I sprang at the opportunity.
It is a Model 30 no dash, with a lot of aesthetical imperfections, but action is nice as can be. I'd call it mechanically new. Not the K32 I was looking for, but an interesting piece nonetheless. I dunno what I am going to do with it, though. Maybe just play with it and wonder. Sorry for the crappy cellphone pic: |

Nice find. Looks like it's in great shape.
This M32-1 is as close as I get to a modern I frame. |

Nice! I picked up one of those (mine is the first J frame version, though) some years ago.
Just had to have a snubby .32 for some odd reason.

BTW, the old myth about .32 ACP causing ejecting troubles in .32 S&W Long sixguns is NOT a myth, as I discovered in the first cylinderfull. |

.32 ACP in old and weak guns made for .32 S&W can cause more than ejection problems. .32 S&W runs about 11,000psi, .32 ACP 20,500, nearly twice as much and enough to blow a weak old "suicide special" apart.
