Glock gen 4 mags work in Gen 2/3??

Will a glock gen 4 magazine work in prior generations??

Sure. In fact I think all the new Gen 3's come with Gen 4 magazines. Only difference is an extra notch for the reversible mag release.

They're interchangeable unless you switch the mag release on the Gen 4 to the left. Then the Gen 4 won't accept older mags.

I have a new mag in my Gen 3, as I type this.
