class action lawsuit question
Would it be possible to file a class action lawsuit, on behalf of law-abiding gun owners, against Barack Obama on the grounds that, by using executive orders to impede the second amendment, he personally reduced said gun owners ability to protect themselves and their families from criminal activity?

There are many ways to challenge governmental action in court. We have over 70 RKBA lawsuits going on in various stages in various federal courts around the country. See this thread for a start. But a class action isn't a useful device for that sort of litigation, and a lawsuit as described wouldn't get anywhere. Nothing really to discuss, so I'm closing this thread.
