bases for weatherby vanguard series 2?????

good eveing fellas. i was wondering if weatherby changed anything as far as their receiver,mounting holes or the space between them, when they changed from the vanguard to the vanguard series 2? will bases designed for the 1st gen vanguard fit the vanguard series 2?

I dont know about one piece, but two piece is still the Rem 700 base set. The Vangard2 is just a Howa with a different stock.

I don't know about the series 2 but the series 1 vanguard use the same mounts as the remington 700, you should be able to walk into any LGS and hold the mounts over to see if the holes line up properly prior to purchase.
