I got some at the gun show, from Brownells, and from Ed Brown.
I think the Brownells and the Ed Browns were good quality. But the gun show ones were quite cheap, poorly made looking.
Some of them are known to be cheap and break easily.

I got the stainless screws for my Rock on ebay, inexpensive with shipping considered. Different styles and lengths available. Just make sure and get made in the USA so you don't get weak foreign stuff. Gratuitous pic:

If that's the case he'll have to provide a bit more information. Slotted/hex, blue/stainless, etc... Most folk I know just buy a set of 4 that match.

Just bought a bunch at Brownell's. I bought all Allen types, but they also had slotted and Torx.

Additionally, I used their search filters to limit it down to "Made in USA."

Ended up buying some blue, some stainless, and some tin-coated (actually I think they are a titanium alloy coat) screws. 4 of each type, plus shipping, was $38.

That was for 12 screws if you read it carefully, upgrade rolls royce screws also. Standard grip screws are very much less.

Four types of screws times four of each type equals 16 screws...

So no, they aren't cheap, but gun parts often are not. Also, bear in mind that shipping costs money, even for small, light packages.

Edit: Made in USA costs more, too. This is nothing new. I pay more for Lucchese and Red Wing boots, Filson outerwear, Bates motorcycle leather... You can spend a lot less for plain Jane and/or imported.
