Rossi Matched Pair pistol 22/410 any good?

I just notice these, and it's a "PISTOL" so it would be legal to "carry loaded" in a vehicle for me. Are these good guns? Rossi make decent products?

Rossi guns are OK. I don't see any advantage to having that particular gun as a car gun, unless you have some need for the .410.
