590 trigger group experts

I need to find someone on here who has experience taking apart a 590a1 trigger group. I was cleaning my gun the other day, did the barrel bolt and trigger group, leaving all pins in place and just doing what i can "reach". Put it together, ran some snap caps for insurance, it worked fine, so put it away. I noticed cleaning the room a small black spring on the ground where I was working. Its maybe 1/2" long or less and skinny. Im assuming it came from the trigger group but I cannot find any obvious spot for it to belong. I searched last night or an hour for schematics and what have you to no avail. Anyone have any ideas or need more info? Help is appreciated!

I'm pretty sure its the same group as the 500. I looked closely at mine (500) and did not see any part resembling that spring, but I did not disassemble it. Hopefully someone can tell you whether or not that is part of the trigger group, but i don't think it is.
There is no such thing as a stupid question, only stupid people.
