You know a real easy way to build a bench is by a piece of 3/4" plywood of your choice.

Cut 2 pieces of the same size, this will be your top, glue them together.

Buy metal pipe flanges and screw to the bottom then buy the metal pipe to screw into the flanges for your legs.

This can all be bought at home depot and its far sturdier and cheaper than a lot of other options,

I also have some screw on feet made with another flange and some circular ply

I don't know what you want to spend, but Costco has a roll-around that is just awesome for 300 bucks. It has lots of storage, a thick wooden top that is about 2 inches thick (my guess). I have the aforementioned Gorilla rack system, but I almost bought the new unit just because I like it so well. Problem is, I need a pressure washer, so I can't justify buying what I already have.
I ain't got no safe queens. I shoots em all...

For reloading I think you get more use out of a longer bench 24 to 28 in. is deep enough by whatever length you can fit in.
