GREAT range bag..for revolvers/pistols?
Besides the very popular Midway and Uncle Mike's range bags, what other
brands are even better quality, or other choices in a medium size bag? Thanks |

For high quality I was in the market for a real leather gun rug, with suede on the inside. I also wanted a Colt logo embroided on the case. But alas I never found what I was looking for, this one though intrigued me:

I own one of these;
http://www.lapolicegear.com/tabaoutbag.html Great medium size bag. Technically it's a bailout bag, but has plenty of pockets for magazines (designed for AR/M4 mags, but fits auto mags and speedloaders just fine), etc., even has a lined pocket in the front that fits up to two medium-sized autos. Internal pocket is quite spacious; I can stack 6-8 50 rd. ammo boxes on one side of it and still have the other half with plenty of room, and it comes with a removable divider. Plenty of other zipper pockets of various sizes as well. Comes in coyote, olive green, and black. And best of all, right now it's only $20; hence why I jumped on it and got mine

Range bags, cases, mats, socks, etc....
I'd check these online sources; www.galls.com www.uscav.com www.actiongear.com www.qmuniforms.com www.natchezss.com www.policehq.com www.blackhawk.com www.cryeprecision.com
5.11 Tactical & Blackhawk(started by a retired US Navy SEAL) have good kits & cases. The Pelican line is good too. They are airline/TSA approved & come in many colors-sizes(including clear). FWIW; I always use a Bore-Store treated bag as a 2nd layer of protection when I go to the field or range. They aid in preventing nicks, scuffs, etc. Clyde F |

My fiancee got this for me as a Christmas gift last year. Was my favorite gift. It'll hold at least five, possibly six full sized pistols. It has a slew of magazine pouches as well as a removable inner tool box kinda pouch. |

I use an old video camera bag. There are pockets all over the thing for holding tools, stapler (for targets), ammo and guns.
Check out some of the thrift stores in your area and you might find one.
