Does anyone know the ballistics coefficient figure for the (surplus) 147 grain .308 bullet?

Midway's bullet section has B.C. data for 99% of the bullets they sell. They don't list yours, The Hornady 150 FMJ is listed at 390+ B.C.

It will be very, very close to this Sierra FMJBT:

Bullet Name Diameter inches Weight grains Sectional Density Ballistic Coefficients
.308 dia. 150 gr. FMJBT
.308 150 .226 .408 @ 2800 fps and above
.397 between 2800 and 1800 fps
.387 @ 1800 fps and below
