H&R Handy Gun

OK: HYPOTHETICAL question from curiosity only.

Would an H&R Handy Gun with a barrel installed that was long enough to give the gun the entire 26" overall length remove it from NFA status? (Obviously, a barrel that was long enough to attain the 26" overal length would be longer than 18", and essentially you would have a shotgun with pistol grip.)

Yes long barrels or no barrels on the receiver make it into a title one firearm unregulated by the NFA.
