Anschutz .22 Mag - Looking for value
Trying to determine the value of this rifle. It was bought by my dad in Germany in 1962 and has less than 100 rounds through it. It has a Weaver C6 scope on it. The stock has some small scratches and the finish is worn slightly on the one side due to storage in a soft gun case. Here is the information from the barrel:
Cal. .22 MAGNUM 461 3101XX (believe this is serial and XX used to not give whole number) J.G. Anschutz GbmH Waffenfabrik Ulm/D. Germany I believe the 461 is the manufacture date of April 1961. From research I have done, I believe this may be a model 1516. |

Wow, I'd pay at least $150 for it even in as rough a shape as it's in.
Just teasing, those are known as being great shooters.
