fiber optic sights

I have taurus 24/7 .40. I am thinking about getting some fiber optic sights for it. I had looked at Williams fire sights?(i think and not on the computer I saved it on) for around $50, but I have a couple questions.

how easy are they to put on?

How easy is it to put the old sights back on if I dont like the new ones?

My sights work fine, but when I am aiming they take up the whole point of aim, and I am consistently hitting a little high left of aim point( in red ring but not center of bullseye). Wondering if these have a smaller sight picture so I can actually see the center target instead of covering it completely.

I am sure the high left is my mechanics and not the sights, but I wouldn't mind seeing the actual target.

Thanks,
John
