Border Patrol Violates Fourth Amendment of Military Officer
A nearly thirty-five minute detention, no interest in immigration status, the driver crossed no borders, and the agents called his military supervisor and sent a letter claiming the driver's actions were unbecoming an officer. Incident caught on five cameras installed in the driver's vehicle.
