Value of a Remington 700 Sendero in .270 Winchester

I found a used (but in excellent condition) Remington 700 Sendero in .270 Winchester (composite stock and matte finish heavy barrel) with a Leupold 3x9 (prob Vx2, but not sure) for $850.00. I found one used one for sale on line for $999.00 (no scope), so the one I'm looking at appears to be a good deal, but I'm looking for confirmation before I decide. Thanks in advance.

$850 sounds like a decent price for the setup. How's the condition? If it's in great condition, I'd be tempted to say it's a steal.

Thanks for the reply Bill. It actually appears to be in excellent condition, although I have no idea what the round count is on the rifle.
