Paranoid...or...Prepared?

It is not because I fear all days will be stormy that I keep an umbrella in the car. However, it WILL keep me dry when rain happens. Need I say more?

Yup, you should've. The question of "to carry, or not to carry" has been beat to death here, and really doesn't address any valid tactical or training issues.
