Civilian Laser Training Classes

I am not sure if I asked this here before. Does anyone know of any civilian training classes that have specific laser use and training either as part of a class or a complete desiginated class.
The reason I asked is that there are so many people buying lasers with no clue as how to properly use them. I have watched the Crimson trace video and it only touches on the subject.
Then there is the 2 variations Civilian ( When , where , & how to use it properly.) Law enforcement.
He who " Hesitates " has LOST.

I would contact Crinson Trace and LaserMax directly and ask if they know of anyone. I'm aware of some instructors that include it as part of the program, but I'm not aware of anyone that does an entire course specifically on the use of the laser.
