This just in... new Colt Python (to me at least)

This Python just arrived and YES it's going to be staying in the collection.
It's 1 of only 200 made in 1980 for the Minneapolis Police department. Custom shop box & custom shop target stocks (some kind of dark wood). Unfluted cylinder as well. I never saw one before, so I had to buy it.

Nice gun... enjoy. (I'm too cheap to buy a gun that I wouldn't shoot, but it sure would be nice to have a few collector's pieces.)
I'd rather be judged by 12 than carried by six.

Where do you come up with these Jeff?
Good to see you at TFL, We've had a brief exchange over at THR about your insane flamed python although I was under a different name. Know you from the Colt forum too.
For those that don't know Jeff, he is probably the Ultimate Collector of Colt revolvers, if they made it, he probably has one or two or three hehe.

Police Python

I am new to this forum. I saw the Minneapolis Police python. I have one I purchased new many years ago. Original case, box, documents, never fired. It is one of the 200 made.

I am open to selling it as I have no one to leave it to. Glad to exchane email or send pics.
