Diagnostic Target

I'm trying to find a diagnostic target I've seen, but now cannot locate. It was a target to diagnose what a shooter is doing when he pulls the trigger, depending on where it hits the target. It's a printable target - a .pdf or .jpg or something.

Can anyone point me to it? I don't remember who publishes it.

Thanks for any help.

Does the Army Marksmanship unit still use that?

For what its worth, there was a placard with virtually the same diagram posted behind the line at the Fleet Forces (East) and the All Navy (East) Championships last June. The range that was used is maintained by the USMC.
