Hey guys, I just got my VZ 61 parts kit in the mail from MGS. After looking it over, I can see this is one really solid gun! It's got some quality craftsmanship and engineering put into it. The kit itself is really in good shape too. After some blasting and a refinish, it is really gonna be sharp. I plan to get the RT receiver with the dovetail machined in after my paperwork all goes through.

I know this isn't the most useful gun, but it sure as heck is going to be a fun one. If you're looking for the best deal on a parts kit, go to MGS. They have a lot in stock and they're only $195 each. Then get yourself some 20rd mags from TGI at $65 a pair. If you want just to build the pistol, you can get a Czech pistol receiver (w/ correct safety) for $300. That ends up being pretty cheap. I'll post pics in 6 months or so when my SBR is all complete.
