Most Scope for the Money ?

I will be needing a scope for the 243 Winchester I just aquired ..I've owned most everything over the years but have not bought one in awhile ...tell me your opinion on the most veriable scope for the money ...I will be using it here in west Kentucky to deer hunt with ...shots up to 300 yards but most likely inside 200 yards

After I bought my first Leupold..I have never boughten anything else. I have a Savage 12BVSS in .243win with a Leupold VXIII 4.5X14 on it and I love them both. I have 4 Leupold VXI 3X9X40 on everything from a .22mag to my 12ga slug gun..And 1 VXII 4X12X50 on my Encorte.223... I have never found a reason to go away from Leupold You can get in the VXI line for about $200. I hear their customer service is great. But I have never had tu use it.
