Applications

cappers,
Is this model suitable for #11 caps as well as #10's? Potentially I can see expanded usage to other M/L's. ...

Be Safe !!!

It is designed to handle every size of percussion caps up to 0.196 height of course
Actually few Polish companies are building some testing units and the full production will start in few months.
The goal is one size fits all.

The final version will have brass body and the steel loading head. It will be beautiful, with serial number and laser engraved Old West picture on the lid.
The price will be competitive to current available high capacity cappers.
You will be able to order it directly in my shop and it will be delivered by post mail to your home /registered letter/.

So keep watching my YT channel , there will be information when and how to order it. I will set up my company dedicated to this product 100% focus on it.
It must be perfect.

BTW: I am Polish Champion in target shooting using my LePage .44, I do understand how it should work to satisfy people and I can give you my word it will be perfect.

PS. In the meantime I have checked and it will work with all percussion caps available on the market for revolvers and pistols and some rifles.

I will produce .196 space between the lid and the bottom so even Remington no 10 will go through perfectly.

So in this case you can even mix your different percussion caps together in one universal capper and it will handle all of them the same way in the same time .

PLEASE WATCH NEW VIDEO http://youtu.be/CixZfvlJt-8

Hello,

The first official version of the universal capper will looks like that:

Made of brass and steel loading head. It will be available on the market in 1-2 months from now. Currently is on production.

The internet shop address is here:
www.polishcappers.com

The capacity is c.a.250 percussion caps. You can use/mix all of those: Remington 11&10, CCI 10&11, S&B, RWS 1075, 1075Plus and any of percussion cap that is the size up to 0,189 inch height.

As you see in this picture there will be several small set screws in the body and they will be flat with the body so you will not feel them.

Later on there will be second model which will be produced on milling machine but it will be more expensive.

This one will be available world wide for the price 150PLN /1PLN = 4.2 USD/ at this moment so c.a. 37USD plus delivery c.a. 7 USD.

It is 5.1 inch long and 2,16 inch wide and 0,66 inch thick. The weight will be c.a. 8,81 oz.

There will be laser engraved Polish Cappers logo on the lid and the serial number.

See you soon,

Polish Cappers

PS. There will be different sizes later on.

Short update,

we are finishing internet store and the first cappers should be available in the end of February.

We modified locking mechanism, most probably there will be both available.

Here is our logo and serial number on each capper.

Brass will be polished.

There will be two models on the beginning, one 100% produced using brass milling technology and second assembled from parts.

Availability world wide. Each model will have detailed operating manual and presentation on our YouTube channel. Keep watching and see you soon.

best regards,

Just a thought - you could reduce the size to that of an Altoids can and still have the same function, plus possibly save some manufacturing costs.

Example:

Here is the latest video showing last prototype just before mass production.
https://youtu.be/STf_rFyWfVQ

We add new logo on the lid, new shape of the loading head and the place to hook it and hang it on the strap.
The locking knob will be from brass as well, here is made from steel.
Few pictures as well:

Due to some final modifications we will start mass production mid of March.
