Flour Arms Dbl. Barrel Shotgun

I've got a friend of a friend that has a '' Flour Arms '' double barrel (42'')shotgun with two exposed hammers.
Can any of you fine gents share some info on this beast?
Thank you !

I can't find any maker by that name, or at least that spelling.

It may well have been a "trade name" used on guns made for a hardware store or hunting supply dealer.

This does not help directly, but may be of interest.
