Randall 45 Questions

Hi I have the chance to make a trade for a Randall 45acp Pretty sure its an A111 model. I'm having trouble finding information about the serial number RF0008099C. Every other serial numbers for other models begin higher than this like RF02000C. What is this serial number? Oh and what's it worth? Its in pretty nice shape from the photos.
