Smith &Wesson M&P shield 2.0 9mm sights

Does any one know if the the sights on a S&W M&P shield 2.0 9mm can be adjusted for elevation? If so how do you adjust them for elevation?

The factory sights can't be adjusted for elevation. Windage adjustable only.
