game butchering charts
i remember going into butcher shops and they would have a big poster on the wall showing where all the different cuts of meat came from. the cow was divided into sections and all the different cuts were labeled. just follow the dotted lines.
my question is do they have similar charts for deer, elk, moose, etc? it seems a chart like that would be helpful for hunters that butcher their own game. just hang the poster on the wall and follow the cuts. i think it would be a good idea and helpful to the hunter that wanted to try and get the most cuts from their kill. anyone know if these type of charts are available?

You could use the butcher's chart for any animal. Same cuts of meat are in the same places on cows, deer or whatever...
