Very cool gun! That sling in the stock that retracts is a neat idea.

You need to obtain a copy of Shooting Sportsman, January/February 2012.

On page 34 is a article by Steven Dodd Hughes about the Manufrance Simplex and the Ideal.

A great write up about the gun, unless he is writing about your gun.

Try Amazon.com, I found one issue for $2.12, problem is shipping will be much more than the cost of the magazine.

Please note you will not find any of the less expensive gun makers reviewed or in the ad's.

On the cover of this issue is a pair of William & Son self openers. If you like fine guns then this magazine is for you.

I subscribe to Shooting Sportsman; it is the only magazine I get that isn't part of some membership package. I know one of the writers who does the gun reviews and get to shoot a lot of those guns when he brings them out to the local club

It IS fun......no need to dream about them you can read about them in that mag. Bruce is a good writer and if you know how to read between his lines, you can tell when he really doesn't like a particular gun.............
