I just don't really see where the land bill has anything to do with gun control. I think there is so much hype and hysteria regarding the current administration that the only real good it is doing is boosting the gun business economically. Oh well, this too shall pass. Not the land bill, but the hype and hysteria.

S.22 is a massive land bill.

However, I've not seen anything in it that refers to firearms. OK, I'll even admit, I haven't had time to do more than perform a few cursory searches and I've only skimmed the bill.... But I haven't seen what Larry Pratt is so excited about.

Can someone point to any specifics?

S.22 was killed in the house.

But as I understand it the bill would have placed a lot more territory under the jurisdiction of the National Parks Service and, with their anti-rights bent, it could have been a cause for future concern. As it is, DEAD ISSUE.

You mean like the inaccuracies in reporting and flat out lies discussed here:

MSNBC was so full of B.S. I almost :barf: from the stench of it.

As ZeSpectre has reported, this is no longer an issue. We can take it up, when and if it is resurrected.
