123 gr. .310

I inherited some 123gr. soft points. They measure .310 I think that is Russian 7.62 x 39 bullet. Can these be shot threw a standard .308 bore like a 30.06 or 308 win. ?

Definitely not. You don't want your rifle to become a commie. Seriously, they are probably closer to .311. .003 in a rifle would not be recommended.

You could shoot them as long as you keep the charge low enoough to keep the pressure low enough.

But, why bother working that load up in a safe manner. Just trade the bullets to a guy with a 7.62 x 39 for some .308 bullets that he doesn't want because they aren't so accurate in HIS gun.
