Brand new remington model 37.
Hello. I need help coming up with the value of a rifle I am considering selling. It is a remington model 37 target master manufactured in August, 1937. The rifle is in 100% as new condition and appears to have never been fired. Thanks for any advice! [IMG][/IMG]

There were two versions of the Model 37.
The Model 37 "Rangemaster" was made from 1937 to 1940. The improved Model 37 was made from 1940 to 1954. A 1937 Rangemaster with original sights in 100% condition would probably sell for around $1000, possibly more in an auction. |

Don't let anybody kid you out of that 37. I just paid 750.00 for a used one with a thumbhole stock and custom trigger. It has Parker Hale peep sights and a globe front sight.
I have seen 37's for up to 2200.00 in excellent condition. There were only 12,200 manufactured. |
