Buckshot molds

Anyone got a source for real honest to goodness buckshot molds?
I need to cast 00 and #4 in decent quantity. All the mold makers that I can find have 1 nad 2 cavity molds for roundball but That is too slow.
Need 8-10 cavity molds if at all possible.

I've looked hard and can't find any. Closest thing available are some pretty crappy moulds intended to cast split shot for fishing. They come in fractional sizes so there is nothing that is quite 00 size although 1/4" is good for #4. No sprue cutter so the balls have to be snipped off individually.

It might be worth a call to Lee to see if they can or will make their six cavity blocks in RBs. A single custom from Lee would run nearly $200, but the price gets down to $50 or so if you can find 25 people who want one.

Thanks Leftover,
prtty much what I found too.
I'll fire Lee an email and see what they can come up with.

Sometimes it just doesn't work out.

Try this link

Howdy. I have hand-loaded some 00-buck & used this mold.
It is called a Sling-shot Pellet mold.
It cast 11) balls that are said to be .31
In pure lead they come out slightly bigger maybe .33 or so.

It worked for me using cut-off AA-wads & the drill-press powered roll-crimper.

The mold is available from Do-It molds in Iowa.
It is an invertable mold & also casts 9) bigger ones turned the other way.
It costs $32

here is link to the site:

hope it helps you..they are fun to shoot
