Good week

I think this has been one of the best weeks I have ever had.
I added 2 rifles and a pistol.
Ruger American .243 (wife needed a rifle)
Weatherby Vanguard .257 weatherby
Ruger Blackhawk 45 colt/acp convertible 4 5/8"

Now I need to get another set of dies, brass, bullets and two scopes

You didn't already have the brass stacking up?! You're behind the curve!

You are going to love the BH. I got one recently and it is the cat's meow. Did you get the one that has the warning on the underside of the barrel? Those are the good new ones, the cylinder manufacturing process has changed and the chambers are more uniform on these.

You did have a good week! Congrats.

He posted a couple firearms for sale/trade locally. You never know what will be offered as enticing trade fodder. It's hard to prepare for the unexpected.

Cornbush, I have your Bausch & Lomb 3-9x still. And, there's the pile of 4x Bushnell Sportviews.

I want to know how the .243 does and the Weatherby.

His wife has been wanting a rifle she is a little more comfy shooting (she used my Supergrade Model 70 last time for goats, but its a bit heavy for her to pack around and hold steady on a target).

But, it is kinda fishy that the rifle he got her, is the same rifle he has been wanting for himself
