Dixie Gunworks?

Is it just me,or do any of you have problems with online
order with Dixie gunworks.I always have to change my pass
word each time I try to order something. Then that does
not always work.

I,m tired of trying to order from them.I most never have
problems from other companys. They need to look into there
site.

I have dealt with them since the early 1960s - always been satisfied. I haven't done it "on line" though.

Instead of getting frustrated with how their site works - give them a call and see what they have to say. A person or a company can't fix something if they aren't aware there is a problem. It may be on their end or it may be on your end (computer wise). Talking with a "real live person" is always better . . . at least I've always found it to be . . . but then I'm an old fart.

Well I did send a e-mail.I finally got my order through. But my problem with them is each time I order, I must change my password & go through all that mess. I don't have those problems any others????

I'm almost positive they can modify something on their end to fix the problem with your account..... Call em'.

No problems either and they never ask me to change my password.

Make sure you are going to the correct URL!!!

It is a common scammer tactic to buy domain names of companies that very closely match the legitimate domain name. They are betting on people who mis-type the domain name.

Most of the time this just takes you to a pay-per-click search engine page full of search results related to the domain name.

But a nefarious person could make a web site that looked just like the one they are copying, and have it ask for your account information to "change your password".

Now they have your name and password to the real web site.

So make sure you are on the legitimate Dixie Gun Works page.

^ +1.

I haven't dealt with Dixie, I find that Track of the Wolf usually has the same stuff for the same price or less, and I've used Track with great success.

Just call Dixie and see what's going on with your account. I hear most people have fine luck with them.

What browser / OS are you using?

I'm on a Mac and get hung up once a month on websites when it comes to checkout.
