What can you tell me about this shot gun?

I found a Moore and Co double barrel shot gun, it was my Grandpas gun does any one know anything about them.

This one is in rough shape it is rusty and the stock and for-end are broken, one hammer is missing and the barrels are loose to the rest of the gun(both barrels wiggle together against the mounting) and the barrels are rusted inside and out. Probably would take a lot to make it shoot-able.

"Shoot-able"???

Sounds scary as heck by the way you described it.
